It is the aim of the master degree course in International Business with a special focus on Human Resource Management & Leadership to help students develop understanding of satrategic management of human resources. Employees are a relevant factor for the success or failure of a company. They are a strategic factor for success and the most important asset of a company. These facts show why human resource management has become an important subject in economic sciences all over the world.

During your studies, you will learn how to build and develop strategic international and sustainable human resource management. Also you will learn to evaluate the impacts of personnel decisions on a company’s success. It is the aim of this programme to develop in you a deep understanding for international business procedures. In all seminars and courses, management processes are always taught in an international context.
