Beyond the basic contents of the area (labour relations, workforce planning, talent attraction and management, metrics and financial analysis...), this Master includes current topics, such as Human Resources Community Management, virtual teams, Big Data and Business Intelligence for decision making in HR, Employer Branding, CSR or project management. In addition, you will develop adequate skills for leadership, teamwork, change management, or negotiation and management techniques, essential for any member with responsibility within a company.

Once you complete your training, you will obtain a double degree: the Master's Degree in Human Resources and Talent Development from EAE Business School Madrid and the University Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Talent Management from UNIE.

With this master's degree, you will achieve the following objectives:
- Put human resources systems and policies into practice within the framework of an organization in order to maximize its competitiveness.
- Apply labor legislation for decision-making in people management, mainly in terms of the hiring and remuneration model, as well as follow and promote regulations on occupational risk prevention.
- Identify labor problems in the company and generate solutions for these situations, managing arbitration in all of them.
- Develop and implement motivation and compensation programs in line with the business strategy to contribute to improving the efficiency of work teams and group dynamics in the organization.
- Define and apply strategies for the development of human capital and guidelines for the management of professional careers for employees, based on career plans based on training, improving working conditions and promotions.
- Develop training plans and talent assessment and management programs, taking advantage of innovative e-learning and training 2.0 methodologies and competency-based management methods.
- Design and manage recruitment, selection, compensation and performance evaluation plans, putting people at the center of strategies, as a source of added value.
- Development of ethical codes, conciliation systems, equal opportunity programs and non-discrimination for gender or other reasons, and promotion of the quality of working life, collecting all of this in function and procedure manuals.
- Have basic financial knowledge on financial statements, calculations of profitability and costs and budget management, which facilitate decision-making in the company from the perspective of human resources.
