This course is valuable for all managers or executives who are responsible of a team and interested in expanding their leadership skills or seeking to improve their own performance, by better understanding the role of the coach.

Successful organizations realize that productivity is more than the mass delivery of products or services, and that to be efficient means that employees need to be functioning at their very best. One of the most valuable tools in this area is the strategic use of coaching techniques. Coaching consists of helping collaborators to think for themselves, to find the answers, to discover their potential within themselves, their way to success, or in other words, their path to adapt in all possible situations. Effective implementation of coaching within all levels of an organization is essential for maximizing the return of training investments and enhancing employee motivation and performance.
