Entrance Profile
Students who hold a Bachelor’s Degree are eligible to study the MSc in Project Management. Students must demonstrate a good understanding of English, including the ability to read and write with proficiency. Relevant working experience may qualify a candidate.
Applicants who are currently studying the last year of their Bachelor''''s Degrees should have finished their university studies before the beginning of the programme.
MSc in Project Management students come from different countries, cultures and academic backgrounds. This nurtures the multi-cultural character of the course and enhances the training given in the classroom.
Degree:
Students who complete the programme satisfactorily will receive the Bologna accredited master degree in MSc in Project Management by La Salle – Ramon Llull University.

2. Objetivos:
The goal of the MSc in Project Management is to provide students with a holistic, yet practical and flexible vision of the entire Project Management profession, covering both introductory and advanced knowledge within a professional environment (the majority of students are already employed professionals).
The MSc in Project Management programme will provide students with the skills to direct and manage projects within specific constraints such as limited time and a pre-established budget. Additionally, students will develop leadership and managerial skills necessary to lead the management of an organisation.
The objectives of the programme are:
To provide the knowledge and understanding of the Project Management profession: definition of project objectives, application of the tools and processes available to achieve such objectives, awareness of project particulars, evolution of management activities through the project life, communication and reporting, performance assessment, etc.
To provide a framework where students can focus on specific project management specialisations that relate to their own work and acquire knowledge on the specific methodology used for their field.
To enable students to manage all types of projects within different business scenarios.
To present appropriate project management methodologies, tools and techniques for managing projects according to differing deadlines, costs, quality and final products.
To analyse the project requirements and constraints - time, cost, resources and quality control - as well as their management and integration in the definition of the project costs.
To provide the techniques and management skills to motivate project teams.
To facilitate the application of project management tools.
To present the technical aspects of contracts and contract administration related to products and services.
