Dirigido a Managers and support staff to the management and governance of the ICE or ICER and anyone who expresses an interest in the management of an ICE or ICE at a European Regional Level.

Objectives:
The Management Development Programme for International Centres of Excellence aims to hone its participants’ personal and professional skills in order to enhance global strategic vision and improve the governance of Centres of Excellence.
Key skills to develop in the ICE Management Programme
1.Management and governance: influence, coordination and negotiation
2.Development of specialisation strategies in the Campus
3.Knowledge of the national and international educational system
4.Strategies for attracting and developing talent
5.Change management and cultural transformation
6.Sustainability: economic , social and environmental
7.Mechanisms of University-Company knowledge transfer
8.Internationalisation Initiatives
9.Management of partnerships and networks
10.Territorial development and social interaction
Temario:
Structure:
The programme is imparted entirely in English and aims to be compatible with professional activity for that, blended learning is the methodology used.
The MDP consists of 354 hours according to the following structure:
4 classroom-based periods of 1 week of which two are included and will take place in Centres of Excellence abroad: The first in Germany or France and the second at a British Campus (it is expected that the first will be at the University of Karlsruhe and the second at Oxford or Warwick)
5 weekly online modules, 20 hours (100 hours)
Follow-up online (60 hours) 8 weeks
Development plan or 4-week project
Duración:
354 hours.
