The Intercultural Management degree course prepares you for business areas where intercultural and social competences play an important role. These areas of work can be found on the one hand in all business enterprises which work in international contexts and on the other hand in companies and institutions which occupy themselves with culture in the broadest sense and require employees to think and act in business terms in addition to their cultural training.
We train you to develop solution approaches for those problems in business which also have cultural, societal or political causes. These areas are augmented with courses in which intercultural competence, dealing with cultural diversity, management of changes and innovation are imparted. This course of study leaves you with a specific combination of economic and cultural competences, which makes you an interesting applicant for all range of global companies.
