The Business Administration and Management degrees course (BBA) (official degree UCM) gives students the technical skills in business economics and in functional business areas (marketing and sales, accounting and finance, organisation and human resources, production, etc.) which are required to manage companies and organisations with the highest profitability, efficiency and the utmost commitment to society, environment and sustainability.
Over the course of the last decade, Spain has changed from being a country which is the target of inward investment to being a major international investor. Our companies compete in a highly globalised, interconnected and internationalised environment. We buy, we sell, we compete and we manufacture in the global environment. This growing reality demands professionals who are dynamic, competitive, open to international mobility, and who have a new mentality and a new way of understanding business and the behavior of customers, shareholders, suppliers and competitors.
The focus of the subjects is both practical and applied in order to stimulate and strengthen, as much as possible, the capacities and abilities required for future professional performance.
