In all economic systems, people must produce goods and services that are essential to the community. How well and how much they produce will depend on their knowledge, motivation, skills, the tools they use and the efficiency of their leaders to put them to work together. In a company environment the results achieved are seldom the outcome of one individual´s talent. Each person is influenced by the attitude and behavior of co-workers and managers. If the influence of the work environment is positive, a person tends to be productive. The same is true for a group of workers or employees. When the influence is negative, both individuals or groups tend to be less productive.
