Cursos: Curso de Team Building
The programme is designed for all those who are responsible for the performance of a group of people, and who need leadership and coaching techniques in order to make the work positive and productive, transforming this group into a team.
The training of a director or employee not only includes the idea of knowledge received but also of knowledge mentally incorporated through discipline and practice, with the finality of carrying out one's work one correctly, efficiently and conscientiously.
In all economic systems, people must produce goods and services that are essential to the community. How well and how much they produce will depend on their knowledge, motivation, skills, the tools they use and the efficiency of their leaders to put them to work together. In a company environment the results achieved are seldom the outcome of one individual´s talent. Each person is influenced by the attitude and behavior of co-workers and managers. If the influence of the work environment is positive, a person tends to be productive. The same is true for a group of workers or employees. When the influence is negative, both individuals or groups tend to be less productive. The aim of this seminar is to make the participants knowing and explaining the difference between a group and a team, Learning how to recognize team situations rather than group behaviour, Learning how build a team from a group, Beeing able to understand and apply leadership techniques and Enjoying the personal and organizational reward of team behaviour.
